- Ahh... ok.... here's a solution.
- Make a series of flat polygons, that run
- the lenght of the logo.
- So, if you had a big D, for instance,
- you might have four panels up the left side,
- then five or so around the curve, making the D.
- On those panels, give them a fractal noise
- transparency map, and continue this process
- for all the letters.
- When it's time to animate, the camera should
- be up close on one of the letters, so all you
- see is clouds.
- Move the camera across a few of the clouds,
- and then pull back to see that the clouds are
- in the shape of the logo. Then, dissolve out the
- clouds, while dissolving in the logo.
